The Kneelsit isn't perhaps the most attractive looking Kneeling Chair, however it is undoubtedly the most adjustable and fully featured.
Unlike a lot of Kneeling Chairs it allows the user to sit for long periods without tiring as well as easily maintaining a comfortable seating position.
It can be adjusted to suit any user between 5 foot and 6 foot 8 inches in height. Its adjustable back support is a great feature that allows you to properly support your lower back.
When correctly adjusted the user should feel balanced so that as they move forwards or backwards the chair goes with them, this is what Kneelsit terms as Equipoise.
Quite simply, this is the ultimate Kneeling Chair.

The Balans was the original Kneeling Chair introduced in Europe in the mid seventies and the original design was based around a timber rocking chair type frame. The design is still available in Europe in this format.
HÅG however have developed the Balans concept in conjunction with Peter Opsvik its designer and it is now based on a metal frame with a gas lift and 5 star swivel base.
The Balans is designed to be flexible and encourage the user to try many variations of seating position.
Properly used it will promote a healthy seating position and good blood circulation and is undoubtedly a top quality Kneeling Chair.

US based Jobri produce its Kneeling Chair in two metal framed versions, the standard and deluxe. Both are height adjustable, the standard version is done manually' whereas the deluxe has a pneumatic gas lift.
Both models are competitively priced and will appeal to those wanting to try out a Kneeling Chair without spending a huge amount to do so. They also produce a wood framed chair the wood accent which is reviewed below.

| Wood Accent Kneeling Chair |

The Wood Accent Kneeling seat is Jobri's top of the range knee chair and is really a wooden version of the standard metal framed model.
The main advantage is that it looks better in wood, rather than black painted steel, however in use it won't be very different.
It is possible to upgrade to Tempurpedic memory foam which will give greater comfort. The chair is delivered flat pack so self assembly is necessary, but it's easy to build.
If you find black metal finishes unattractive, this wooden offering from Jobri may well be more appealing.

The Swivel Posture comes from BackSaver a company that has been involved with back related products for over 40 years.
The chair comes with a conventional pneumatic lift for height adjustment.
Unusually, it has a backrest which can be adjusted for both height and depth. This is a great feature as some knee chair users find prolonged sitting in backless models can result in back discomfort. If you are concerned about back comfort, then the Swivel Posture may well be the ideal solution and it's competitively priced too.
